Was wondering if this would qualify then saw Harold's cows so thought it just might.
Shot of these sulphur crested cockies in an old cemetery was taken in full day light. Nik midnight filter over a couple of masked frac layers.

Kora, Nice combination of filters. I love the Nik midnight filter and it's effect on the cemetery is fantastic. Very eerie. and well done. I could see a moon being added to this.:)

I like it Kora, I might add a gradient to the bottom to complete the eerie feeling and make it darker overall.
    Just a thought:)

Oh a sliver of a moon would be great! I love the midnight filter - and you used it very well. My eyes go right to the birds and the fence and my imagination goes to what's lurking in the shadows. Beautifully executed!

Thanks for looking and commenting, gals! Funny, I had thought of adding a moon then thought it might look 'bittier' than it already does. But if I can find time today I'll have a fiddle with it. Like the idea of darkening the bottom a tad as well. And maybe the white gravestones LH so that they don't draw the eye. Really appreciate the suggestions.:) Kora

Nice moody image, Kora. Very surreal looking with the parrots and cemetery. Excellent work!

Good one Kora - made me smile! Good concept and use of the filters to get there. Love that midnight filter and what a perfect place to use it!

I love the midnight filter but don't get much opportunity to use it. Glad you thought it appropriate here, Kerry. Many thanks for looking and commenting:)
