Help! Took these in New Smyrna Beach in Florida today. Can't ID them. I thought they would be so easy, but I found that the one I thought they were (Franklin) arn't suppose to be here. All help appredciated.

The flock members are Laughing Gulls. The lone guy standing in the water is harder to tell from this image... at least for me. Maybe one of the Black-backed Gulls, possibly a Herring Gull.

Bonaparte's is my guess. Bill looks black (?).

These are common around here,(West Central Florida), the Black head and Black legs indicate a Laughing Gull to me..

Laughing Gulls with a Great Black-backed Gull behind (note the light head).

If they were Bonaparte's Gulls (which they are not) I'm not sure they would have black heads this time of year.

    Laughing Gulls.

Another vote for Laughing. Bonaparte's have orange-red legs.
