    These are one of my favorite birds and this is a lovely image. The OOF background colors work well with the bird and with the branch. I like the minimalist composition. I'd be inclined to remove the out of focus twig lower right as well as the in-focus twig at the extreme lower right of the frame. Perhaps a slight crop off the right side where the lower right twig enters the bottom of the frame.

    I like the original crop better, minus the OOF branch. Lovely puffed pose, great colors and BG.

    Nice fluffly little bugger....the open beak is a nice plus. I could see even more off the right, but it looks like you're already loosing some detail from cropping.

    I like the repost but also think David's idea of eliminating the two twigs and keeping it as a full size image would be best. Beautiful details and exposure on the bird...and what a beautiful and complimentary BG.
