    Your bird looks sharp and well exposed. The upper BG is a bit distracting, and would try to tone it down and blur a bit.

    I like the color in the water, but might be tempted to convert this into a vertical, perhaps cropping on each side of the rock he is perched on. That would also help with some of the distractions in the background.

    Certainly several options here, but a vertical might be worth a look, if the image quality will tolerate.

    Gorgeous foreground, midground and reflection. You were able to capture the iridescence and colors very well.
    Blurring the distracting BG, if it's something you do, would help tremendously.
