Default Desolation Row #2 in colour

As requested...here is my previous B&W version:

I do like this one, but prefer the B&W version. I'm sure many here will go either way on this decision.

I ran a cooling filter here to tone the harsh desert sun.

Now divided on this Morkel, each have their own merits as they stand.

The teacher to Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi - A bit too cryptic I guess, apologies ;)

Another preference for the color version. The colors are there but subtle, just how they'd be in the bright sun.

... may the force be with you Steve :) Hadn't thought about OWK for a while !!!

Both look good and as presented would go with the color version ... with the right B&W conversion might make a different, biggest problem I see the image is low contrast which will be tough !!!

I'll go against the grain here Morkel and side with you and take the b/w. Both look great but prefer the b/w. TFS

    Morkel,
I prefer the colour version. I am normally for black and white conversion. However, in this case, the colour version looks better.

    Cheers,

You know you kill us by posting the different versions mate, as its so difficult to choose, when they are both good in their own way. Im going with this, as I like the "sepia" colour tone. Well done on both.
