Just got home from shooting these with Susan Candelario at her house... so figured I'd post this. She will be running workshops on these soon so if you are interested check out her website for more info; http://www.sdcphotography.com/
She's a super all around photographer and she's the queen of drops!!!
Canon 1D Mark lll with the Sigma 180mm macro tripod mounted. Her water drop unit....colored water and gels plus 4 flash units synced at 1/32 power. I especially like the neon red/pink collision contrasting with the blue water.

Roman, I like the milky look and the colors. Susan is extremely talented and definitely the Queen of drops. The stars and stripes are cool!:)

Constantly pushing the limits Dude! Great capture...how about red, white, and blue??? The capture is perfect and the reflection puts it over the top.

    Roman,

Really like the effect. Dr. Edgerton would be proud of your colored water coronet. I know I am.
    Thanks for sharing...

That image is awesome, Roman, but the pink is making me think of Pepto! Maybe a color change to red??? ;):D;)

Wonderful shot Roman. Love the different colours of the liquids and the mushroom shape of the splash.:)
