Wondeful image, great lighting, minimal shadows, talons down, good landing perch.

Great landing pose, sharpness and angle. The blacks look very good in this one!

I like this one a lot, especially the way the bird is looking down. I might suggest to crop a little on bottom since the perch is somewhat cumbersome.

Axel...the reason the blacks look better is because I could hear you whispering to me to check the blacks :)

Just about perfect. The bit of greenery on the perch, and the landing pose with the outstretched feet and head pointing down make this one for me.

    Very well Done!!

    Well captured.
The landing pose, light, exposure and sharpness makes it a winner.

    Jim:"

Very nice. Techs covered. I find the shape of the branches here very complimentary
to the pose of the eagle, nice repetition of line, balances well.

A stunning shot. Great wing pose, perfect exposure. Light is great as is the blue BG.

Very nice position of the eagle. I like the wing extension and the angle it is facing is close to perfect.
I only like the previous one more because of its golden light.

Agreed that later light would have offered a more pleasing presentation. Five minutes after I created this, the sun disappeared behind the clouds to the west and ended my photography for the day.
