    For me, this bird is one of the greater prizes of bird photography in Israel.
    There's about 100 pair nesting in Israel, during February and march the males are dancing, what an amazing sight.
    There is no doubt I'll visit him again next spring.

    Cool pose, display behavior, angle and sharpness. Did you also get some with the bird facing you that shows the plumage on the chest more?

    Yes I did.
    the ones I have during display are from a bit farther, I have a few not during display from much closer.

    Well timed to capture the display, and I like the light, detail and colours. Overall nice and sharp, with good DOF. Great BG too.
