    Dodge and burn applied selectively.

    Desmond, this is lovely! The darkness of the image along with the light that is falling on the front flower is a beautiful mix. I would suggest adding just a bit more room at top and bottom to give it a little bit of room to "breathe". If you went to frame this you might find the flowers edges cut off by the mat so add a little canvas to top and bottom if you do.

    I like the comp as is. I think the flower to the URC is a bit farther away than I would like in relation to the other two but it's not a deal breaker by any means. You did a very nice job of dodging and burning - my eyes go right to the main flower and then float around looking at the others. Nicely done!
