This skimmer wanted to go underwater !!!! Have never seen this behavior ! Not sure if they were actually trying to fish or just a behavior !! btw image is straight out of the camera except for applying linear contrast .. nothing else.

Great behavior shot, exposure and composition are spot-on. You make the 100-400 look so good!!!

... Jeff we had a couple of other people shooting, both with 300 .. one 2.8 the other 4.0 Both having trouble fitting birds in the frame at times since they had to use a 1.4X Great having the flexibility ... and the quality is there !!
