This image was taken at Hawaii Volcanoes NP on the Big Island. It is an up close and personal view of the entrance to the current volcanoe activity. The view is too close for comfort, thank goodness for telephotos.

Modification in PS4 included; Vibrance and Saturation adjustment, Craquelue, Brightness & Contrast and Hue & Saturation adjustment.

    Enjoy!

Mark, You added some interest to this image w/ the color adjustments. I might taker a smidge off the bottom if it were mine.

Mark, another very textural image from you! I love the heat rising and the run of lava along the bottom edge. I'm not sure I love the rock area on the left side though...it feels a bit soft on focus? Might just be my eyes, though. I'm pretty tired after a week of daylight savings time. :(

Jules, the softness is there, due to the processes. But I felt the color bands were worth it and this being OOTB ... But appreciate your comment. Just didn't want you to make a rash appointment with the eye specialist!
