    Taken this morning . . . cropped heavily . . . less than 10% left . . . How does it look? . . . (I think they are dowitchers).

    Does look like a heavy crop Wendell It is neat having both with similar positions and I'm sure one of those you wished you had an 800 lens !!!!

    Hi Wendall, I agree that it looks like a heavy crop and is a bit soft. Lighting is good but I might tale out the little bits of foliage on the right and bottom....

    wendell, it can be challenging to pan when they run on the ground IMO. Do not forget the tripod to assist as well - TFS.

    Hi Wendell - for my tastes - IQ has suffered too much as a result of the huge crop.
    Looks quite soft on the screen - now all you have to do is be patient and wait for them to come closer :)

    I like the walking pose and how they are both in step. I agree it is a little soft.
