Great looking bird! I am wondering if you cloned out some things in the background? I can see some edges on the falcons right side of his/her head and around the perch. I like the perch, the fluffiness and the catch light. Might want a little more room at the bottom. TFS!

Sweet bird !!! Exposure right one and very sharp, excellent bg !! Might have looked nice as a vertical also, you probably wanted to take advantage of the perch. Would also have loved seeing a real tight head portrait !!! Big Congrats on this one !!! .. good call on the marks Gary.

Hi Bob - Love the bird; talk about a species where great feather detail really pays off. The straight ahead look is great. The work on the bg has created a great color for the bg, but there are areas, as Gary said, that need to be cleaned up. Well worth a bit more work.
    Congrats

Hi Bob, Agree with above comments and like how you placed the subject. It could use a bit more room on the bottom and a minor cleanup but otherwise well handled!

Hi - Cool bird - Vertical might work well also?
Exposure is spot on and love the puffed up look.
    Good show :)

Very nice, Bob. I like the perch, pose and fine feather detail.
I agree with previous comments as well.
    Is this an adult?
