    Head angle and sharpness look pretty good. I would crop a bit off top and left and raise the color temperature. It has a slight blue cast on my monitor.

    Nice angle and reflection. Sharpness looks good. I agree with Axel on the crop off the top and color temp.

    Get rid of the color cast and you've got a real nice image of the pied billed grebe. I like the reflection.
