This is the same individual that Stephen Stephen posted a couple of days ago. Such a friendly guy. To see him first thing upon arriving at the Algonquin Park visitor center was a great bonus for sure, and to have him walk up to us was an unexpected surprise! A few times we had to back up to fit him properly in the frame. It offered us about 5 minutes, and then suddenly retreated.
Canon 40D + 100-400L @320mm, aperture priority, evaluative metering, 1/320s., f/6.3, ISO 640, +1 EC, natural light, handheld, full-frame. Selectively dodged the white chest fur, cleaned up a bit of debris on the chin, and eliminated a thin dark tree trunk in URC.
Great capture here Dan. It was certainly a morning to remember. It looks as if I got his attention at that moment. Most of my images show his eyes focused on you. :)
