    Super image. Great colors, pose and BG. Beautiful bird.
    I'll try a little critique: Maybe tone down highlights on the perch, not knowing the species; are the tail tips that white?

    What a bird! Lovely colors and nice comp. To me the multiple catchlight is a bit distracting, but that's a minor nit.

    Hi Lance, Great subject along with good positioning within the frame.Backround is beautiful! So far I never got close enough to a Kingfisher to get a good shot....

    Hi Lance...really like the colors esp the orange breast looking so soft and fluffy. I agree with pete about toning down the perch. You might try sharpening the little guy's feet

    Awesome orange breast! I would love to see these guys in the wild. Nice detail considering it was taken at 1/40th sec.
