    this is a illusive,shade loving bird found in himalayan forests neat nullahs and gorges. i was lucky to get him in open.

    Hi Niranjan
    Nice image.I like the wing position and look.In my opinion the only improvement would have been a Bit crop room of topside.

    Nice bird, and I like the calling pose! I do wish it had swung its head a bit more towards us though. Good perch - I like the mix of new and old on it:cool:. Excellent BG. I would crop a bit at top.

    Excellent image! Great pose! Head turn looks fine to me. Would crop off the top.

    Niranjan. Excellent shot of a very uncommon bird. Getting such a shot with clean BG and open beak means a lot. Thx for sharing.

    Lovely colours, and well captured on the calling pose. I would maybe take a bit off the top.

    Pretty bird (big eye attests to your comments about the shade). Nice pose and BG, perch caught my eye (in a good way).
