Just wanted to post a picture of an Eagle's nest for everyone to see.
Cropped 20% from the original image.

I like it Jeff Neat showing the entire nest !!! Trying to go for the bird would not have worked and this way you got a very nice image !!! ... those birds are good builders !!!

Hi Jeff - really gives a good feel for how big these nests are!! Bird is tiny in it.
    Like it.

Real nice image, Jeff. I like that you were able to get the entire nest in such great detail. I agree that the bird looks tiny in it. The Eagles near me all build in pine trees and its impossible to get a shot of the entire nest.

Nice one, Jeff. Good idea to go for the whole nest. Shows you how big they are in relation to the large eagle that looks small in his home. Good eye contact.

Nice shot, Jeff. The eagle really looks small in comparison to the nest. Reminds me of the Osprey nests I see around here. I've seen more eagles around here than in the past but whether there's a nesting pair and, if there is, where the nest is located is beyond me. Always a pleasure to see these majestic birds.

Hi Jeff, Good environmental and teaching image. Gives folks who never saw an eagle's nest the size in relation to the actual residents....

Never got time to comment earlier, but really like this one with the "tiny" bird peering out. Impressive nest, like the shot Jeff.
