Default Lowepro Photo Trekker AW II Backpack replacement

I had settled on the Lowepro Photo Trekker AW II Backpack before my upcoming trip to Puerto Rico, only to see it's discontinued! I knew I should have bought it last week.

I may still be able to grab one somewhere, though all I've found so far is out of stock or double the rpice it was few weeks ago. Is there a plausible replacement? I need something that I can reliably carry on an airplane that will safely hold at least a 50D, a 400mm f/5.6L lens, a 100mm lens, 1 or 2 more smaller lenses, a couple of flashes (macro ring and 580 EX II), some extension tubes, teleconverters, and other small paraphernalia, and a 15" laptop computer, and perhaps a book and some snacks.

    Elliotte,
I do not think the phototrekker AW II will hold the laptop. Have you looked at the computrekker plus aw?
    http://products.lowepro.com/product/...AW,1925,16.htm. I use it with a 300 f/2.8 70-200 f/4, 2 bodies plus smaller lenses and accessories and a laptop.

I have that bag and it is NOT designed to carry a laptop.
