While on a llama backpacking trip in the Colorado Wilderness last fall I took many photos of our obliging beasts of burden. I took photos of whole llamas, then photos of the heads of llamas, and finally photos of the large, dark eye of the llamas. This photo was a complete surprise when I looked on the back of my camera! The llama briefly turned its head while I was clicking away and without knowing it I captured this reflection of myself and the background.

Very original image,I even like the eyelashes out of focus, they look like a tropical hut's roof, nicely done, Nancy :)

Nancy, Way cool! I love the self image. Very creative and well done. Fabs is right it does look like a tropical hut.

What a bonus! The eye would be great by itself, but you got a more interesting view. Like it!

A very fun shot. Great to have the details as sharp as they are in the reflection. How many others are in the background? I see at least one, or is it two?

What fun! I was expecting just to see an eye but this is really cool. Agree with Fabs on the eyelashes - great catch!

Thank you everyone for the compliments! There are no other people in the background. I think what you are seeing is some part of the interior eye structure.
