    On the cape verde islands is was photographing some turnstones (3) and then suddenly a whole group flew down in front of me. I crawled closer and this is one of the pictures i took. I wish i could have him just a bit closer.
    Canon 30d with canon 300mm f4. 1/800, f 4.5 iso 100

    I actually like the bird small in the frame, and I like how it's peeking out nice and sharp through multiple OOF layers. I would like to be able to see a little more of the bird, but the image also works well as presented. Please include complete techs along with your images. :)

    I kind of like the bird small in the frame too. It makes for a different image from the norm. Love the multiple layers of colors. I would like to see a bit more room on the right. I might also crop off about half of the bottom green area.
