If you are a Forum participant, you have to host your own images. They must be uploaded somewhere else. Then you click on the little picture icon on top of the posting box, you will get a dialog box where you enter the URL f your picture followed by .jpg and it should come up.
Another option is becoming a member, the you can upload directly from our computer.
For the movies, they need to be uploaded to YouTube so we can see them.
And please PM Alfred Forns so he can change your user name to your real name as we all do here :)
