I like the pose and open wings although wish the beak had not merged with the wing. as presented it appears soft on my screen and needs more sharpening. TFS
I would use ISO 400 for faster ss.

Nice pose and lovely BG. Agree with Arash that it looks a bit soft as presented. What did you spot meter from to determine -2/3 EC? I would probably use a higher base ISO(400) to give more flexibility in terms of SS and DOF.

Good points by Arash and Tony. More SS and DOF would have helped this image. At first I was going to suggest a looser crop, but after looking at the image for a while I like it as presented.
