one from saturday nite down at boynton inlet. all the birds left me on the beach by myself. so i went back across the street to the parking lot and found ALL of them at the fish cleaning stations. did you know that it is almost impossible to get a pelican to look at a camera when there is someone cleaning fish!!!?

    D300, bigma at 195mm, f/8, 1/800s, ISO 640, -0.7EV, flash at 0EV

thanks for looking. comments and critiques much appreciated!!!!

Like it as presented, soft light is great!

Like the way you made the BG attractive but not overpowering.

Nice detail and lighting, love the whites. (I have a hard time getting them to look at the camera with no fish around I can only imagine when someone is cleaning a fish!)

Nicely exposed, love the warm light and looks nice and sharp. Think the side lighting helped from blowing out the feathers on the top of the head. Nicely done Harold.
