I like the colors and forms, but find the sharpness(DOF) and underlying shadows a bit distracting.
Perhaps a reflector with some fill for the underside might have evened it out a bit.

Will be interesting to see what the macro folks have to say. This is certainly not my normal area:)

Randy nailed the two things I first noticed - it doesn't feel quite as sharp as it should be for f22 and the shadows are a little bothersome. Also - and this is probably the main thing for me - you've got a nice blurred BG but it doesn't seem to add much to the image as a whole. Maybe a less gray BG would be better? Or more color in the flower? I'm not quite sure.
