    Took this shot on Friday 12March 2010,have not posted for awhile,been busy,cannon 50d,tripod,1/250sec,f9.0.expo com +1/3,iso500,400mm +1.4 ext.weather a bit off and on,sunny intervals,you can see bits of blue in water,there was some blue sky,but cloud blocked sun.comments welcome good or bad.thanks.

    Nice walking pose, and I don't mind the foot blur. Exposure looks great (love the even light created by the overcast conditions), and as posted the sharpness looks good too. Nice eye - did you enhance the iris? If so, good job. I have to admit that I am not too crazy about the large rock - had the smaller one been there by itself it would have been better IMO.

    I like the walking pose and don't mind the missing eye contact as the bird is doing its thing. I might crop a bit off the top.
