    Stephen:

Nice light, soft. Good wing position, well exposed, color in lores and feet!
Good idea to add canvas, but it still seems a bit crowded to me all the way around.
Some fine noise in the BG.

    Cheers

    Hi,
nice images, from beak to tail. , very good light.

Some space below the bird would have been nice !

    Cheers !

Fantastic shot! agree regarding adding some more canvas all around - especially to the bottom.

Hi Stephen, good wing position, and stands out nicely against the BG. Good sighting from Rietvlei. Was this from the new bird hide. If so, how do you find it. Im not too keen on it - I find the openings too narrow and too high.

Just a bit more canvas as already suggested, plus some NR to the BG would make this shine even more. Nice pose, and good light on your subject.

Did you mean ISO 800 or the EF 5.6/800?
A wonderful shot with great light and a great wing pose. I agree with the others about adding a bit more canvas.

    Markus
