Bill, Very high key, I am seeing some posterization? in the BG. A tiny bit of over bright white on the back and far wing, but nothing that detracts from the image. I have been trying to keep my histogram as far to the right as possible w/ only a scant amount of blinkies, so this is probably just as I would have exposed it. Lovely pose and dangling feet. Nicely done.

Very nice action capture, Bill. I like the subtle range of tones. :)

Thanks Denise , Julie. The original image was exposed correctly, and for the theme, in PS, I tried to make the background "whiter" and also brightened the bird, hoping to merge the white of the bird with the background. I'm sure posterization could have occurred and I wasn't too successful. Probably should have gone back to the RAW image and done some of this stuff in ACR. regards~Bill

Lovely, Bill. I love the subtle contrast. I'm wondering if an 'ooch' more room on the right would be in order? I'm a bit of an 'unbalanced' person. lol

Love the snowies! Nice high key effect with the subject/background blending in nice places.

Love the feet and the pose. I feel the head gets lost into the BG, but I'm looking at it on my laptop because one of the cats disconnected my monitor. Grrrrrrrr....
