    Taken on Rabbit Key, in the Everglades
    Sony a700, 70-400mm, @400mm
    1/1600, f5.6, ISO400, -2/3EV
    I worked the color balance of the water and sharpened and lightened the bird's eye.

    Hi Connie Good looking ring-billed, very sharp and liked how you worked the eye, water can take many tones around that area and you had a fair paddle from Chokoloskee :) Hope you did not have North wind on the way back !!! Pose wise would like wings fully up/down but just my choice !!! Excellent image !!!

    I agree with the above comments, and would tone down the brighter whites. That water is spectacular!!
