    This image of the female snail kite was taken at Loxahatchee. The female is quite different looking from the male but still very pretty in her own way. This is not your traditional Ha but found it interesting.

    beautiful feather colors, well exposed. open beak is nice.

    Good job getting the downward wing, good detail, sharpness and catch light. Clouds in the sky a big bonus.
    Way to go.

    I like the light, exposure control, wing position and the head angle adds interest. I only wish the angle were a bit less steep.

    Hi Judy, good detail and colours captured on the near wing. Something obviously has caught her attention, and I really like the clouds in the BG.
