i had hoped to create some new work for this theme, but, several days ago i fell and broke my wrist. i'm in a temporary cast and cannot use right hand--i'm right handed. do you know that pp requires 2 hands? surgery next week, i hope. so i'm submitting some images i created earlier this year. :)

this image had only basic pp done in ps7, plus small crop. taken with natural light, indoors, tripod, 105mm macro lens.

Very delicate high key, subtle and you can see exactly where the flower ends and the BG begins.
Hope all goes well with surgery :)

Anita, So sorry to hear about your wrist. Hope your surgery goes well. Thank you for sharing one of your older images. The cyclamen is lovely. Beautiful color toning and excellent sharpness on the stem really draws you into the image.

You've got the toning down - a lovely image, Anita. Hope everything goes well with your wrist. I had a ligament tear and broken bone in my left one from a car accident last spring. Hard to photograph with one hand! God Bless!

Beautifully subtle toning, Anita. Lovely comp and PP work. Every best wish for a speedy recovery from the surgery after a very nasty accident. Kora

Very nice image and application, Anita.

It raises the bar above the rest.

Get well soon and bring more here.

Hi Anita. Sorry to hear about the wrist and hope all goes well for you. Must be very frustrating!

Lovely image and example! I love the subtlety of color and texture contrasting with the stem, which makes a solid anchor for the image. Beautiful!
