Very nice action captured and good sharpness on both birds. Also, good light and background. I would wish for just a little more room at the bottom so the lower bird's tail would be clear of the frame edge.

I too like the balance of the birds and the landing pose of the one. Agree with Steve about liking to see some more room if you have it on the bottom and LRC. Personally I think it's a little on the warm side and would cool down the WB just a tad. :)
