On Golden Pond

Taken on Assateague Island using the Canon Digital Rebel and the Sigma 300-800mm lens @ 800mm mounted on a tripod with the old Wimberly head at f8 and 1/500 sec at ISO 400. I usually try to do action shots but couldn't resisist the fall colors reflecting in the water to give it this color.

Beautiful capture Roman of this stunning duck, and the tones in the water compliment the bird so well. Agree with other comments that subject is placed too close to top of frame. Whites look a little hot on my monitor.
