    Great wing pose, head angle and as always a wonderful BG.
    I think the large perch seems to overpower the bird a bit but this is only a minor distraction.

    BTW. I just finished your e-book. This is truly awesome stuff. I will try many of your tricks during spring and summer. Thanks a lot for writing it.

    Nice image Alan, I chased these birds all over Southern Arizona but never got one this close...wing position, sharpness, color, BKR....thanks for sharing this one

    The wing position and head angle painted to perfection here. might just clone the tip of the twigs blocking the tail and the one blocking the perch.
