    This young guy was out in the open fishing the other morning at shark valley.

    Oz, I love this little guy. Sharp and well exposed. I love the rippled water but I'm thinking maybe a polarizer would have cut the glare of the water. Maybe toning down the highlights of the water and you've got a wall hanger. Congrats!!

    Hi Oz - agree with Richard - lots to like here - water just takes a little attention away from the bird - toning it down a tad may help.
    Sharp and exposure looks good!!

    The bird looks terrific Oscar. (Nice low angle too). Just the BG that is competing with your subject.:)

    Sweet bird and interesting bg !! Sort of wish you could have been higher to have all water, might have been interesting !! Water looks peculiar and I like it !!!

    The idea of using a polarizer is interesting and would interesting on the result ... don't see a shadow on the bird so assume its cloudy/shade and the filter would have minimal effect while taking a way lots of light !!!

    that bird looks good! is that water moving!!? in Florida!!? agree that the bg looks a little peculiar. i like the water in front of the bird. only wished it were behind the bird too.:)
