    Spring is in the air and whatever it was they wanted it bad. Shot this midday on Belle Isle Michigan just yesterday. Got lots of great shots but this one seemed rather unique. I would love to hear cc and general thoughts on image.

    Hi Jeff - the very first thing I notice is the decapitated bird in the BG!! Is quite distracting - that is were my eye is drawn first.
    Difficult composition with birds that are cut off on the edges of the frame - generally if it's worth it being in the image in the first place - its worth including all of it.
    The whites of the cheeks look like they could well be over judging by my screen - good idea to turn your over exposure warning on in camera.
    Like the attitude on the main bird.

    Thanks for reply.. I saw same issue and was wondering if any way to crop this uncropped image to imrove composition

    Hi Jeff - tough one, dont think there is much you can do without some major PS work.
    :)
    Id classify it as a nice record shot and try and get better angle and position next time.
