    Default Little Bells

I photographed these blueberry flowers last spring. I love how they look like little bells. :) Did lots of tweaking using curves and color fill layers to create the light, airy feel as well as converted the image to B&W. I then added a B&W texture overlay to which I added a very slight color tone. The light frame was added using several layer styles.

I might give it a tighter crop with a little off the left and top but what a sweet, simple image. Isn't it funny how the simpler we want an image to be the more layers it takes to create it? :D;):D

Thanks for the comments, Denise, Kerry, Kora, and Jules. I appreciate it.

Never thought about that before, Jules, but come to think of it, you're right about simpler images requiring more layers. This particular image took about 15 layers to create. :D;)

Christopher, I love the soft, ethereal quality you've achieved - especially the texture. Framing is very nice. I think I'd like a tighter crop but it's lovely as presented.
