    Very nice pose of mourning dove. Against the light, a little flash or more positive would have helped. There's a slight sharpening halo around bird, not really all that visible but edges look frozen, and wish for a less steep angle.

    HI Don, A lot of good advice from Fabs I reworked the image a little to give you an ideal of what some fill would have done, unfortunately there is not much a can do for the halo or steep angle:)

    The repost is better. I would run NR on the BG, and wish for a better light angle. You also might try less sharpening. The pose and HA are nice.
