Memory Card for a 50D

I have a Canon 50D. What's the fastest memory card this can use? 30 Mbps? 45 Mbps? 60Mbps? more? I want the fastest card I can use, but I don't want to spend extra for speed the camera won't take advantage of.

Stick with the 45Mbps they are good value at the moment and unless you can rattle off 10 FPS Raws on a MKIII you don't need the expensive 60s.
