This is another shot I was able to capture while on Jim Neiger's boat. I added a little blur to BG as there are quite a few sticks in the background. Over-all I was pleased with the capture and would appreciate all comments. Shooting data below:

I think that this one for detail and overall presence is nicely done. Talons are great. Eye detail and beak are good as well. Techs on this one a little different than the last (more what I would think would be correct?).
There is a slight blur around the edge of the bird but I assume that is from the blurring of the background.
the basic image quality here is a def. step up from the previous post. As pointed out however, the post work is spilling over onto the bird. The beak/lores area in particular looks odd.
Much better detail than the previous image Mac. A bit less contrast would help, as would confining your blur to the BG. I would also lighten the iris just a little.
Here is a repost which I think has addressed most of the problems, although there still seems to be a problem between some feathers near the end of the wings which I didn't notice before I posted the image. Sorry. What does everyone think? Thank you all for your help.
