Have you seen any swallows lately?

Local birders have been talking about it. And they should have arrived sometime in early February. So far only a few of them were sighted. I personally have not seen one yet. So I'm wondering if that is also happening in other areas. Have you seen any swallows ?

Where do you live? Up here I haven't seen any yet, but it would be very early anyway.
Barn, cliff, cave, and purple martins started showing up here in south Texas last week. Not sure if this cold winter could delay their arrival.
None in Alaska yet! There have been Tree Swallows down by a recent Olympic venue for at least 2 weeks.

I was just out to Riefel and there were a couple spotted briefly.
I have been out and about to various places in Delta and have not seen any yet.
That was an interesting comment about the cold winter south of us. Although we have had one of the mildest on record, it would make some sense that cooler weather down south may hold them back.
