I like the overall concept of the image but I'd prefer more separation between the far bird's bill and front bird. Just a bit more DOF to get it sharper too, and it looks like you ran NR on it (could be a DOF issue though...)? Front bird looks great. Good comp - just needs a bit more room above for the almost clipped feathers.
