Shot taken at Ranthambore National park wit Olympus E 500 and Sigma 50-500 lens at ISO 160, fl - 500 mm, ss - 1/400 nd f 5.6, cropping is 40% of the picture , no processing work other than normal conversion of raw.
Unfortunately I have to agree with Harshad here, subjects all facing away and too much body overlaps kill this one. Overall softness mentioned also. TFS

Sandeep,
You have lost image quality due to cropping. Also remember, that longer focal lengths magnify the flaws more. You need to keep the camera stable. Were you handholding? At 1/160 shutter speed, I would prefer using a bean bag or tripod. You lose lot of details and your effective resolution decreases if the camera and lens is not stable. I would also prefer to work on the white balance.
The colours (although agree WB may be a little off) and the scene you captured look like they could have been special and it must have been exciting to photograph.... maybe too exciting as your settings seem to be set for another shot (forgive me if I'm wrong, but I've done that many times). If you had used ISO 400 or higher, you could have gone to f/6.3 or maybe even f/7.1 to get more of the scene in focus (and also those big zooms usually give significantly better quality when they are stopped down a little) and still had a faster shutter speed. Also, the focal length appears to be less than the 500mm maximum (that lens is f/6.3 at 500mm, tight?) and it might have been better to go to 500mm and shoot only the part of the scene you wanted, rather than cropping so much.
Edit: I hope what I said wasn't already transmitted by HA and KF!
