    I thought I would share this shot of a female cardinal close up eating a sunflower seed.

    Sharpness, raised crest and eye contact look good. The plumage looks a bit oversaturated on my monitor and I wish the head were angled a bit toward you. I would also try to tone down the bright are on the beak. Keep them coming!

    Here is the file exif information -1/1500- @F/4- auto exp.- ISO 280- Nikon 300mm F/2.8 vr NIkon D300 camera= love this combo shooting with my Ball and Cup attached to Manfrotto Mono pod " best bird shooting rig there is in MHO" it holds the weight yet gives perfect flexibility and quick focus .
