Default Chickadee in flight-Showing Off Her Stuff!

This image was shot with a multi-flash setup and a remote trigger.

Until I started this type of photography, I never had a clue what these little guys looked like when flying! The 'ol brain doesn't work fast enough to record this!

    Thanks for looking!

Beautiful position and the feathers are nicely contrasted. Not sure how I like the gray on gray, but it is a well captured flight.

    Gerry:

Very nice, excellent spread wing/tail pose, sharp and well exposed.

Please post your technical details, ie. camera/lens/exposure/ etc. when posting an image. It really helps with the critique and with our learning too!

If you could share some details of your flash setup, that would be great too!

Their movements are too small for us to register.

    Great capture !!

Did you bait them? Was it landing?

If so, try capture the take-off next time, or simply a free flight.
