    Another image from the ICF contest in 08. This male bronzed cowbird just landed and is fending off other birds.

    Unique capture. Liked it a lot. You might be able to get out some more details in the black. Light seems very nice. I like the vertical crop idea but a tad more room on both sides will make it better IMO.

    I like the dynamic pose. Wing position is excellent.

    I also wonder if some detail can be extracted from the blacks and for me it seems a bit tight on left.
