    Clean bg and detail. The female's here in Washington seem to have a little more color. TFS

    I really like this Dave. Very clean and lovely soft light. Superb DOF, two excellent poses and head angles. As presented, I feel there is some extra negative space on the right and top. Cropping some more but keeping the same aspect ratio will make it more balanced. You might need to crop a little from left too.

    Good for you to get both male and female together, sharp and with good ha's,
    I wonder if a bit more contrast would make an improvement to appearance of the birds.
