Bert:

Nice capture, with nice display of the speculum. A bit hot on the whites. I like the slightly canted away pose because it shows the feet well. Nice composition. Might consider toning down the brightness of the background just a bit.

I like the eye contact, landing pose and composition. The look-back pose makes up for the fact that the bird is angled away.
