    ISO 800. f/5.0, 1/2500

    Really great detail with the high key background (hope I said that right). When I try this I can't get the details as you have.
    I like that the eye is looking into the corner of the crop.

    I like high key images, Susan, and this has nice plumage detail. I would brighten the mid tones a lot (dragged the mid tone slider in levels way left) and added a slight warming. Also would consider adding canvas top and left. Love the open beak pose but might repair the bent toenail:D

    Thanks, Tony. I did several pp's with this image and settled on the one posted, but I like yours too.
