    Default Egret in habitat 2

Here is another egret in habitat shot (snowy), the area egret is jumping to is the nest. Let me know what you think

Love the light, the details in white, the sharpness, the jumping pose, the fish by the tail in the beak, the water droplets and how the environment goes around at the top to help frame the bird. You probably can tell that I really like this picture. There is a smug area at bottom right corner, probably from OOF glass in the foreground from where you take the picture, so might consider cropping off the bottom a bit.

    Arash,

Greetings. Very cool... I like the moment just before take off. Nice feather detail and an interesting double shadow on the back wing, subtle repetition of form. I find the sharp focus brush on the right a bit distracting. Perhaps, cropping a bit would work.

    Cheers,

    -Michael-

Lovely light, Arash. Fish, water drops and upraised wings really add to it. Habitat works very nicely in my opinion; gives the image a very pleasant feeling.

Hi Arash - like it just as it is - Sweet light - Great action -good exposure - sharp as a tack -shows the habitat.
What more could you want? :)

Hi Arash, Nicely handled overall! Beautiful soft light, wing position, feather detail along with the bonus fish. The water movement also adds to the image...

Works well and sure like seeing a little more than the bird itself !! I find working some habitat more difficult !!
